Welcome to Villa Poemia – a holiday villa for rent near the sea, between Balchik, Albena, and Kranevo.

Located in the picturesque village of Rogachevo, Villa Poemia offers peace, stunning sea views, and a comfortable setting for an unforgettable Black Sea holiday.

We created Villa Poemia as a home away from home. The house is designed in a modern contemporary style with elegant accents inspired by French Provence. Natural materials, handcrafted furniture, and carefully chosen details create a cozy and stylish atmosphere.

The interior is complemented by paintings from Prof. Stoimen Stoilov and his students, giving the villa a unique artistic charm.

“The location is exceptional, close to the beach, the sea, restaurants.Equipped with the necessary.You can see the sunrise from the balcony.The parking lot is private with limited access, with your own parking space.The bathroom is large and well equipped with everything necessary. It should be mentioned that the ground floor apartment does not have a washing machine, but the very nice host provided us with an alternative to take them to a private laundry.”

“Най-уютния апартамент. С перфектна гледка към морето, която ти спира дъха всеки път, когато влезнеш в хола. Не ти трябва нищо друго. Апартамента си има всичко необходимо , направо останахме без думи! Ще се върнем отново! Локацията е перфектна ,излизаш на крайбрежната , където са заведенията и магазините , близо е и до плажа! “Всичко! От както влезнахме в комплекса, и още повече в апартамента - ахнахме от това колко беше чисто, подредено с вкус и удобно! Запазили сме отново почивката си там през Август! Мисля да се връщам, винаги и когато имам възможност! А гледката, е просто невероятна, излизаш и морето е пред носът ти. Нямам забележка към нищо, от първата стъпка в апартамента до душ гела в банята, всичко е изпипано с много внимание! По принцип съм доста критик човек, но този апартамент ме накара да го избера пред който и да е хотел и дори да се върна в Балчик!”

“The appartment has everything you need for a comfortable life. Very cozy and clean, the owner takes care of every single detail, starting with washing liquid for dishes and to welcome fruits/coffee/tea/ water etc. Its has a laundry mashine, good hot water suply, its warm (we came when it was snowing one night). So a perfect place to wake up in the morning - look at the sea from your bed and get a coffee outside. Its is very private, a heaven for introverts. Good wifi (my video meetings went perfect. Velizara, the owner has excellent communication skills, very responsive to any kind of requests and really makes you feel like home (THANK YOU! 💛).We liked it so much that prolonged our stay for 2 more weeks (initially booked for 3 days 😀). Wishing the owner all the best and thank you for creating this little heaven. ”
